Hotel Chocolat Inventing Room - February 2021 Introduction This month another box of Hotel Chocolat Inventing Room goodies arrived on my doorstep, of which there were salted Honduran milk pistachios, a cinnamon caramel cookie, "fire and ice" chocolates, some filled chocolates and some white hot chocolate. We also had ample opportunity to put our tastebuds to the test this month, with not one, but two taste offs, the first being two types of coffee macaron (latte and americano) and the second being three takes on white hot chocolate (vanilla-white, crème brûlée and caramelised white). After tasting we had to tell them which one was our favourite. So what were this months' chocolates like? Find out below.
