Hotel Chocolat Inventing Room - June 2021 Introduction So another month brings another Inventing Room box with brand new Hotel Chocolat recipes to try and critique, with the hope that some may be popular enough with us members to sell to the public. In this post I will discuss the chocolates and tell you what I think of them and whether I think they stand up to scrutiny! I know this post has come quite a bit later than usual, with the end of the month in just a couple of days time, however I have struggled with my health throughout most of this month and so this has taken longer that it should have. In terms of what we have this month, we have a very summery box full of fruity chocolates, which I was thrilled to receive as I absolutely love fruity chocs! We have raspberry and passionfruit sorbet, lemon curd thins and yuzu ganache, just to name a few, along with non fruity chocs such as a pistachio spread and chilli and cinnamon drinking chocolate.
